ESD FLOOR MAT

ESD floor mat is usually used in workshops and advanced laboratories in microelectronic industries such as electronic semiconductor device, electronic computer, electronic communication equipment and integrated circuit. ESD Floor Mat can discharge the static charge of human bodies so that an equipotent between human body and the ESD equipments and tools can be maintained to protect static sensitive devices and components from damage or interference caused by static charge. The static decay time is below 0.5 second.

ESD floor mat is made from conductive material, static dissipative material and synthetic rubber, which are produced into a two layer structure by a series of processing. The top layer is a 0.5mm thick static dissipative layer and the bottom layer is a 1.5mm thick static conductive layer. The floor mat is easy to clean and wash, resistant to slipping, and endurable to wear and chemicals including acids, bases and chemical solvents.
